He once served as a detonation professional for Spetsnaz.Red Blaster fought against Solid Snake during Operation Intrude F014 in the 30th floor of Tower Building. He ambushed Snake as he left the elevator with a wired trap all over the room, which restrained his movements while he attacked him with grenades. However, Snake outsmarts him and blows him up using the same weapon.
